- Resolving IT systems support requests from Students and Staff
- Answering Students' requests and cases regarding e-learning systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to analyze problems with e-learning systems
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix e-learning issues
- Help in managing educational processes ( enrollments, Exams, reports )
- Dealing with all E-learning applications ( Websites, LMS, Databases, and other applications )
