- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, updates, and printers.
- Providing support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- Resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Provides user training on laptop use, printer connection, share drive access, and other similar items.
- Participate in resolving high-severity issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and systems.
- Testing new technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience on the same field .Working knowledge of a variety of software, hardware, and applications. MS Services -Networks – MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) preferred. Very good command of written and spoken English.
