Training Program Development and Implementation
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs aligned with business needs and employee growth.
- Plan and deliver a well-structured training curriculum, ensuring clear learning objectives.
Session Facilitation and Delivery
- Schedule and conduct training sessions, including workshops, individual and group coaching, and induction/onboarding programs.
- Oversee and facilitate sessions, engaging participants and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Materials Preparation
- Develop comprehensive training materials, such as module summaries, videos, and presentations, in both digital and hardcopy formats.
Performance Monitoring and Support
- Create monitoring systems to ensure employees meet performance expectations post-training.
- Track attendance and maintain accurate training records for reporting purposes.
Evaluation and Improvement
- Conduct evaluations to identify improvement areas, ensuring training programs are relevant and effective.
- Prepare and present reports on training progress and the impact on job performance.
Resource Management
- Manage training venues and resources efficiently, ensuring a seamless training experience from setup to completion.
Corporate experience 4-6 years , FMCG & Retail background is a MUST.Training Delivery experience more than 3 years .Ability to design training programs in both Arabic & English .Ability to introduce new techniques in corporate teaching .Proficiency in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); Canva, e-learning software, Adobe Suite .
