Job Summary:
The Junior Corporate Lawyer will assist in supporting the company’s legal needs, particularly in corporate structuring, compliance, and contract management. The role involves assisting with company formation, drafting basic agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting risk management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing foundational documents for new entities and selecting the appropriate structure under guidance.
- Help acquire necessary permits, licenses, and registrations to maintain legal compliance.
- Assist in setting up governance structures, including basic policies and organizational roles.
- Support drafting and reviewing standard contracts such as NDAs .
- Coordinate IP filings (e.g., trademarks) and support protection strategies.
- Assist in implementing safeguards and legal protections to minimize liability.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related fieldExperience: 1-3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to company formation and regulatory compliance.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, basic contract negotiation, and organizational skills.
