- Analyze the functional and non-functional requirements for the automation, integration, and digital transformation business requirements. Transform it into a SRS/HLD/LLD document.
- Implement on a wide scale new digital technologies, Omni Channels, Social Media customer server platforms, analytics and robotics, self-services, and IVR technologies.
- Implement any automation plan for the organization's internal systems.
- Assure the quality of team deliverables before submission to the production environment by building proper UAT plans.
- Acts as technical team lead for implementing new digital products and services. • Works with internal stakeholders, technology providers, and system implementation houses.
- Assists with troubleshooting and offers support to internal representatives.
- Build any required Technical documentation, User manuals, and Training Materials for any new/existing implementations.
- Business As usual
- Deliver on time all the assigned analysis, development, and integration tasks as per the business plans • Report team progress and activities to the digital services manager.
- Working with digital services manage to architect, design, and build project plans for all the new implementation
- Working with digital services manager on designing solutions for new business opportunities
- Performing any required R&Ds and POCs in the areas where better services can be provided for existing clients leveraging new deploying digital technologies
