  • Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. 
  • Resolves payroll-related inquiries and concerns. 
  • Audits on all Employees’ payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc.) 
  • Updates payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires. 
  • Prepares migration sheets and uploads them on the system. 
  • Audits on payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer. 
  • Audits on colleagues’ payroll sheets as a second reviewer. 
  • Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOB’s concerned department.
  • Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
  • Prepare, review, and upload payroll sheets on the system.

Financial and Numerical skillsExpert in MS OfficeGood knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.1 Year Experience in HR Payroll.
