Human Resources Personnel Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate official internal documents, including offer letters, contract renewals, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans, educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Prepare and issue new job offers in response to hiring requests for any OceanAir Travels location, and ensure completion of new hire procedures.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital files for employee documentation, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and manage employee engagement initiatives, obtaining necessary budget approvals and coordinating activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, upper management, and employees to uphold Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards mandated by authorities.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend adjustments to compensation based on appraisals.
  • Address employee grievances and implement appropriate disciplinary actions for policy violations.
  • Assist in the completion of hiring documentation for employees and support the termination process, including conducting exit interviews and notifying the accounts department of final dues.
  • Oversee all personnel activities and liaise with government authorities, including labor offices, social insurance agencies, and medical insurance providers.
  • Review and update company policies, ensuring employee compliance and understanding.


Required Skills:

  • 3 years of proven work experience in HR Personnel function or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in spoken & written Arabic and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
