- Identify and engage prospective customers to generate sales.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate the features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and vehicle financing to close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with completing paperwork and other formalities for vehicle sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
Skills
Qualification & experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
