Key Responsibilities:
- Receives customer orders daily through e-mails and calls and communicates with the clearance and fleet operation team.
- Creates work orders in all related systems, update them if needed, follows up the execution and close the orders to ensures all operations are recorded correctly
- Follows with customers daily to receive future forecasts on customer orders where possible.
- Stays in close contact with fleet operation and clearance departments to follow on any updates or changes with regards to the shipment representing the customer’s best interest.
- Reports all updates pertaining to paperwork, location/safety and any potential clearance costs to customer just in time.
- Collects customer feedback and receives customer complaints and provides appropriate and prompt corrective actions up to customer satisfaction.
- Revises all invoices prepared by the collection team to ensure that all services are billed at the correct price, in case of new customers or new destinations, the employee is responsible for notifying the pricing department to issue a pricing offer according to customer targets prior to order execution.
- Updates the customer with his cargo every 2 hours, by following up with drivers to ensure that all trucks arrive at the actual destination, on time.
- Establishes proof of stay overs and any additional services provided to the customer.
Key Requirements:Bachelor degree in Business administration, Arts, Law or other relevant.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.MS office User (Oracle Preferred).Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Demonstrate attention to detail.Ability to deal with people from different cultures and background.
