Assistant Team Leader - Capability Planning

Job Description:

  • Assists in gathering the required data concerning KPIs dashboard “On Monthly Basis “
  • Work closely with the team to facilitate communication between procurement, production, and logistics, ensuring that supply aligns with export demand and schedules are maintained.
  • performs various continuous improvement projects such as “GPS Monitoring, Chilled Double Deck transportation Project carrying out, SAP User Deduction by 25%, SAP Empty Storage Locations & Sales Trolley, … etc.).
  • Implements the required trials of the proposed projects.
  • Handles Several reports such as “Powder Milk Consumption Report, Raw and packaging material & finished products Critical report, Net Sales & Scrap.
  • Submits the required Analysis concerning “Factories Warehouses & DCs Strategic capacity planning”.
  • Participates in the implementation of the updated & best practices of Supply Chain Department vs the market in order to achieve the required competitive advantage.
  • Assist in developing demand forecasts by gathering and analyzing data, collaborating with team members to ensure accurate projections for export markets.
