- Analysis and Reports:
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements effectively.
- Setting Up and Processing, and Maintaining the Engineering Requests Ticketing System:
- Define email formats for submitting requests, including essential details like project name, urgency, and a clear description of the issue.
- Uses automated email parsing tools, the engineer can help set up filters and categorize incoming requests based on keywords or pre-defined criteria.
- Financial Duties:
- Purchasing Orders:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and acquire materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Customer Satisfaction Duties:
- Gather and Analyze Customer Feedback:
- Participate in customer feedback collection initiatives.
- Conduct user research and analyze usage data to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, expectations, and preferences.
Education: Bachelor’ s degree in Architecture Engineering, or any related field. Years of Experience: Minimum of 2-4 in a similar role.Certificates: Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
