Business Development Manager

Role Description :


  • Develop and implement strategies that contribute to growth development.
  • Work on the growth of the company and create more opportunities and factors that contribute to its development.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations and negotiations to secure new projects.
  • Cooperate with internal teams (e.g., project management and engineering) to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
  • Provide market feedback to company leadership regarding competitive offers, potential customer needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Work on business development and opening new markets with special contracts in accordance with company policy.
  • Work on following up on sales activities and analyzing the supply and demand process and forecasting potential revenues.
  • Work on building relationships with customers and analyzing their needs.
  • Work on following up on monthly sales figures and achieving the target


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Business development, sales, and marketing skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Experience in the construction or related industry
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Experience in project management.
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience of not less than 10 years in the field of building materials, preferably in the field of ready-mix concrete.
