The Ready-Mix Concrete Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all ready-mix concrete products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Quality Control:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for ready-mix concrete production.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all products meet local and international quality standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
- Prepare for and assist in audits by regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors.
- Testing and Inspection:
- Oversee the testing of raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
- Analyze test results and take corrective actions when necessary to address quality issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing training and support as needed.
