Projects Coordinator/ Admin

  • Receive the project documents (BOQ & Design) and send it to the assigned technical office team and tendering.
  • Handle all official communications (emails, letters, drawings, samples etc.) between Leeds TFM and the clients.
  • Handle all communications between the technical office team and site teams during the project.
  • Coordinate needed approvals from the client or the landlords to support project progress.
  • Keep track of all communications (emails, correspondences, forms, drawings, samples, etc.) that may cause cost or time impact on the project for reference and update.
  • Coordinate with HSE team Develop HSE team to ensure compliance on all projects.
  • Schedule weekly client’s site meetings and develop minutes of meeting to be sent to all attendees/concerned parties.
  • Prepare all division documentations, forms, correspondences, reports.

Bachelor's degree .2-5 years in a same position in (finishing - Fit out ) companies its required .Excellent communication skills.Communication and leadership skills.Creative and analytical thinking.Details orientation and Problem-solving skills.
