Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Engineer located on the 10th of Ramadan, Egypt. The Construction Engineer will be responsible for :

• Participate in preparing the annual calendar for the construction and headquarters maintenance department, and resources required for subscriptions.

• Implementation of construction projects with the provision of an external service and always determined according to the specified period.

• Implementation of initiatives related to digital transformation to small key indicators.

• Evaluation of the technical status of headquarters of technical importance according to effective and necessary organization.

• Implement backup programs, expectations, and corrections on the company's assets so that no damage occurs.

• Budgeting, ball expenses, current advertisements, and verification of financial goals.

• Identifying customer reactions at the internal level and their satisfaction with the services provided to solve problems.

• Supervising employees and service providers implementing safety training, multimedia, and professional equipment on people and individuals from Paul.

• Reviewing the extracts of service providers and obtaining all advice on his rights and duties to inform him of news for contracting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• Project Management Certificate (PMP)

• Full proficiency in computer programs (Ms. Office, AutoCAD, ERP)

• Full proficiency in English language, writing, reading and speaking

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience

• Technical office and implementation experience
