Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a "Human Resources Specialist" at Uptown 6 October Developments. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis, manage full recruitment cycle.


Job Description

  • Manage full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and on-boarding of new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to the real estate industry.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and punctuality.
  • Process and track vacation and leave requests.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both electronically and physically.
  • Ensure HR files are up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Effectively manage the full payroll cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Work Conditions:

Office Location: Al- Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
