- Achieve the store's financial objectives by driving sales and ensuring profitability through effective planning and execution of promotions, stock management, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to ensure that they meet performance targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries or issues and creating a welcoming environment in the store.
- Oversee store presentation, including layout and product displays, to align with the brand’s visual guidelines and attract customers.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate stock control procedures.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting on sales and store performance.
- Monitor and report on sales figures, trends, and forecasts to Area Manager and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Ensure the store complies with all legal, safety, and company policies, including health and safety, cleanliness, and security.
