- Creative Leadership: Lead the design process for marketing initiatives including digital ads, print collateral, social media content, email campaigns, and website visuals.
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual language across all channels, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Content Development: Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and presentations that communicate key marketing messages effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Skills:Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Ability to translate data and ideas into creative and innovative visual solutions.Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing various design work across different media and demonstrating your creative range and strategic thinking.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to take feedback and iterate designs efficiently.Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
