Supervisor, Programs

Purpose:

Responsible for the management, design and development of open enrollment and personalized offline course content, materials, interactive multimedia technology-driven components, in addition to any other support materials, maintaining ESLSCA quality standards.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Accountabilities:

  • Reviews all courses structures, teaching procedures and curricula developed and designed by the Instructional Design Team
  • Suggests, edits, develops and recommends additional learning materials (especially learning materials for offline programs) including job aids, online tutorials, and other multimedia materials to assist Instructors with instructional design principles, and the use of online teaching and learning tools.
  • Continuously ensures maintaining optimal learning experiences and overall adaptable learning environment based on audience insights and learning objectives.
  • Leads and supports the team in designing learning activities, assignments, and assessments
  • Directs the Design, development and monitoring the implementation of evaluation procedures to ensure the proper assessment of the effectiveness of using technologies in teaching and learning processes.
  • Makes sure that Learning journeys are customized to cover clients' Training Needs Assessments
  • Collaborates with Business development team in L&D Consultation for the clients as needed.
  • Determines and ensures communication to instructors the contextual best practices for applying teaching and learning theories to curriculum design
  • Assures the proper classification and categorization of Executive Education resource books, slides and manuals for the ease access and utilization.
  • Supports the team efforts by handling own program Design & Development assignments. 
  • Performs any other tasks requested from Manager, Programs or Executive Education Director.

 


Education:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.Post Graduate Certifications in Instructional Design is preferred Experience:Nine to Eleven years of experience in Instructional Design & Training Programs DevelopmentExperience in Educational Institutes and or Training Providers is a must.Skills:Accuracy and attention to detailsExcellent Research SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsExcellent Negotiation Skills.Excellent Problem Solving SkillsExcellent Analytical SkillsExcellent level of English Language.Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)Working ConditionsFive Days a week
