We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team and take responsibility for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our company in the apparel retail sector. The candidate must comprehensively understand the company and its competitors to develop effective marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s market positioning and contribute to increasing sales and strengthening the brand.
- Job tasks:
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitors and where we should be positioned compared to them.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and store locations.
• Initiate programs to enhance brand loyalty and improve customer retention rates. These could be in the form of marketing campaigns and events held for the brand’s customers.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website management, social media engagement, and coordinate marketing with the team responsible for e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and manage content strategies that effectively engage and convert customers online.
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, and broadcast media.
• Design and implement promotional activities and events aimed at boosting sales and attracting new customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support their efforts.
• Create and distribute marketing materials that enhance sales initiatives and customer interactions across the various company marketing channels.
• Collect, respond to, and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services. This area will include end-to-end customer complaint resolution management.
• Develop initiatives to enhance in-store and online customer shopping experience.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to various marketing activities and campaigns.
• Metrics and KPIs: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management, detailing the impact and ROI of marketing activities.
• Engage with local communities through sponsorships, events, and partnerships to build a positive brand image.
• Manage public relations efforts to maintain a favourable public image and address any issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Ensure ongoing training and professional development of the marketing team to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Job Requirements:
- experience in managing teams.
- Deep knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO/Social media etc.) and excellent market research skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions.
- Ability to deal with a dynamic work environment and withstand work pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- University degree (BSc/BA in marketing), communications or equivalent in marketing or related field.
