*Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing & headhunting.
• Screen and assess candidates' resumes, conduct phone interviews, and participate in in-person interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize applicants data through recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Proactively identify potential talent pools and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in Organization Development , Performance management system and Compensation and benefits.
*Requirements:
• • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Engineering / IT.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
• Work location : Sheraton , Heliopolis.
