  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
     Building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals and companies wishing to sell their units.
  • The sales Director will work closely with the marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of company goals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
     Monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Developing a training plane for the marketing team.
     

     

Bachelor’s degree ( Computer engineering, Computer science, Business Information, or any related specialization is preferred).A talented person with Software, IT and different Solutions selling skills.7-10 years of experience.Ability to manage effective time planned targets.Strong Command of English.Excellent Presentation skills.Excellent Negotiation skills.Successful previous experience as a  sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsPrevious Experience in solutions sales is a must.
