Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the metal sheet pressing production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Design, implement, and improve production processes to optimize output and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with the design and quality control teams to ensure all products meet the required specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead and mentor production staff to achieve production targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.Good experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal sheet pressing.Strong knowledge of metal forming processes, press machines, and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.Strong communication and team leadership skills.
