Recruitment Specialist

Job description Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads, screen resumes, conducting screen calls to shortlist qualified calibers needed in a timely manner.

• Coordinating and arranging shortlisted candidates for technical interviews with line managers & the HR manager for their reviewal.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure the completion of hiring documents.

• Send job offers accurately in verbal and written to successful and notify unsuccessful candidate when assigned.

• Coordinate the logistic arrangement for all the new hires to ensure that new staff receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies and procedures, work desk, computer, email address, insurances and any relevant needed arrangement.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter for 2-3 years.

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Aptitude in problem-solving.

• Desire to work in a team with a result-driven approach.

• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.

• Additional HR training/ courses will be a plus.
