Job Summary: The Senior Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of a hotel construction project in the North Coast. This role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring design compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Construction Supervision: Monitor electrical construction activities to ensure they align with the approved designs and quality standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Review construction submittals, oversee the regular site inspections to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets the required standards.
• Problem Solving: Address any design-related issues that arise during construction and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, inspection reports, and design changes.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or requirements.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and other team members on-site.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a similar position, with extensive experience in construction supervision, specifically for hotel projects.

• Strong understanding of electrical engineering and construction processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
