Job Title: Talent & Organizational Development Specialist

Department: Human Resources


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure effective recruitment processes.

• Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent through external partnerships, social media, and career platforms.

• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.


Organizational Development (OD):

• Collaborate with senior management to identify organizational needs and develop solutions related to performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

• Design and implement organizational development initiatives such as team-building programs, culture development, and change management processes.

• Drive employee learning and development programs that align with the organization’s growth strategy and help employees achieve their potential.

• Conduct organizational assessments and use data to recommend improvements to organizational effectiveness.

• Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture that drives innovation and operational excellence.


Employee Engagement & Retention:

• Develop and manage employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Design and implement employee retention strategies and programs that align with company values.

• Facilitate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans for improvement.


Performance Management:

• Support the performance management process by aligning it with OD initiatives, ensuring performance evaluations, feedback, and career development are integrated.

• Assist in the creation of succession planning programs to ensure the organization is prepared for future leadership needs.


Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, or a related HR role.

• Experience in implementing OD programs and managing full recruitment cycles.

• Familiarity with talent management and employee development best practices.
