:What you’ll be doing

Represent Hoffen and become the single point of contact with the customers_
Provide technical consultation for the customers_
Manage Customer relation_
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects_
Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings_
and calls
Presentations_
Sales meeting report_
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support_
and marketing, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective customer support, promptly responding_
to sales inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise
Prepare administrative documentation for tenders, formulate proposals, and present them to clients in_
a professional and persuasive manner
Meeting or exceeding sales goals_

:Qualifications

.Bachelor's degree _
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills_
Ability to read room plans and measuring dimensions_
Market research skills_
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel_
Good at prioritizing, time management and organizational skills_
Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets_
