- Create a structured and comprehensive training program that includes essential to advanced Excel features, customized to the skill levels and needs of our employees.
- Develop engaging and easy-to-follow materials, such as guides, video tutorials, quizzes, and hands-on exercises.
- Evaluate employees' current proficiency in Excel through surveys, assessments, or practical tests to tailor the training to their needs.
- Provide follow-up support and one-on-one guidance to employees who need additional help mastering Excel.
- Monitor employee progress throughout the training program and provide feedback to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensure training materials are current with the latest Excel features, updates, and best practices.
Proven experience with advanced Excel functions Previous experience designing and delivering Excel training programs for corporate teams or groups (preferable)Strong Communication SkillsExperience in creating engaging, interactive, and accessible training materials (e.g., e-learning modules, workbooks, videos).A Microsoft Excel Specialist or Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is a plus, but not required.
