- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
- Conducting sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
- Designing and managing recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).
- Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
- Supporting senior recruiters and the team in supplying and helping the candidates through the hiring process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.1 year of experience in a relevant field.Fresh graduates are welcome.Fluent English.Excellent Communication skills.Great Ability to Learn
