Lead / Sales Funnel Management:
- Evaluate company’s current lead sources (i.e. PSEs / OLGA etc.)
- Evaluate and recommend new lead sources
- Develop and Maintain sales funnel dashboards and reports
KPIs and Metrics:
- Evaluate existing KPIs and metrics against best practice and recommend changes
- Build new and unify existing visual tools for sales teams to track KPIs and metrics
Task Automation:
- Gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process to identify any manual process with automation potential, within our current set of tools or suggested new tools
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering1 – 3 years of experience in sales operations field and data analysisStrong Computer skills, Excel, Power Query, Power point, CRM – Salesforce is preferredExperienced in Power BI is a mustStrong problem solvingAbility to collaborate with team and wider businessHighly developed attention to detailExcellent English command (both written & spoken)
