7 to 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and successful campaigns.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy is a plus.
