Position Overview:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving business growth. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in creating a positive and productive work environment while ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and employees. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports, monitor expenses, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and goals.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, scheduling, and record-keeping in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience at least 5 Years as an Assistant Store Manager or in a related role.
  • Bachelor Degree (Commerce or Business Administration) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of Men Grooming.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Dedication to achieving operational and financial goals.
