Job Responsibilities:
-Helping customers use and troubleshoot electronic products.
-Resolving technical issues.
-Coordinating with business units to support new product developments.
-Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
-Documenting all technical support instructions.


 


Fluency in English (B2-C1).Egyptians.Graduates from any major.Clear Military status (Males).Flexible with Rotational shifts.
