- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Servicing and maintaining current accounts.
- Preparing weekly and monthly client reports.
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
- Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local Sales Management
- Possessing trade & operations knowledge in modern trade
BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or MarketingExperience: 12-15 years Experience in FMCG category, preferably Food category with strong experience in National modern trade channel & A Class MT outlets/ retail.
