We are seeking a proactive and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be deeply involved in architecture design, project management, civil engineering, and construction oversight. You will collaborate closely with team members across disciplines to drive projects to successful completion, ensuring they meet all specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to implementation.

Manage project timelines and resources, overseeing all stages of construction.

Ensure compliance with civil engineering principles and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in architectural engineering, with a focus on real estate development.

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.

Professional Engineering license preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and visualization software.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of handling large-scale projects.
