Job Responsibilities
- handling inquiries, answering calls & replying to emails.
- Handling the technical emergency cases.
- Get access to the sales force to check any required documents from the Service team.
- arrange and attend Online meetings with clients and suppliers.
- Record clients database and related reports.
- Following up with customers and suppliers.
- Writing letters to our government customers
- Logistics wise (shipping documents& shipping instructions)
- Get return notes of ordered parts and return FOC defective parts.
- Hotel reservations for engineers and foreigners.
Bsc of engineering (Mechanical , Electrical or mechatronics).English fluency is a must.Microsoft (excel, word and powerpoint).Female is preferable.
