A Reputable international restaurant chain in 5th Settlement is seeking to hire cost controller wit F&B Experience to fulfill the responsibilities below:

Job Duties include:

• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain adequate stock.
• Establish and enforce cost control measures to ensure profitable food and beverage operations.
• Develop and implement menu pricing strategies in accordance with market trends and customer preferences.
• Track food and beverage sales, expenses, and waste to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Train and supervise staff in proper handling, storage, and usage of food and beverage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular reports for management.
• Continuously analyze and optimize food and beverage operations to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of accounting
• not less than 5 years of Experience
• food and beverage experience in the same role is a must .
