Pixel Peak Studio is looking for Sr Social Media Specialist to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for several  clients, with a focus on tailoring the approach for a specific Gulf region client. 
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tiktok) considering the target audience and platform specific best practices. 
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools. 
• Monitor social media activity, analyse engagement metrics, and report on campaign performance. 
• Identify social media trends and recommend adjustments to strategies. 
• Manage online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. 
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visuals and graphics for social media content. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media algorithms and best practices. 
• Participate in social media industry events and conferences (as applicable).

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role. 
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns in marketing agency is a MUST
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their unique features and algorithms. 
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience working with clients in the Gulf region (a plus). 
• Understanding of cultural sensitivities relevant to the Gulf region (a plus).
• Strong interest in social media trends and a passion for creating engaging content.
