Talent Acquisition Specialist


1. Candidate Communication: Contact candidates via phone or email to schedule interviews. Provide clear and concise information about the interview process, location, date, and time. Answer candidates' questions and address any concerns they may have.

2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments or tests as necessary.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that interview logistics are arranged, interview panels are prepared, and interview assessments or tools are available as needed.

4. ATS Data Entry: Accurately record all candidate information, interview schedules, and communication details in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Enter data in a timely manner to ensure the ATS is up to date and serves as a reliable source of candidate information.

5. Candidate Documentation: Collect and organize candidate resumes, cover letters, and other relevant documents. Upload and attach these documents to the candidate profiles in the ATS for easy access and reference.

6. Follow-up Communication: Follow up with candidates to confirm interview details and provide any additional information or instructions. Ensure candidates have all the necessary information for a successful interview.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze recruitment data stored in the ATS. Extract relevant metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, or candidate demographics, to support decision-making and measure recruitment performance.


1. Education:  A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or professional certification  is preferred.2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with attention to detail.3. Organization Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple interview schedules, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records on the ATS. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle scheduling conflicts efficiently.4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure correct data entry and proper documentation in the ATS. Ability to maintain updated records and handle confidential information appropriately.5. Phone Etiquette: Professional and friendly phone etiquette to provide a positive candidate experience during scheduling conversations. Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate interview details.
