- Clean the machine as per the SOP NO
- Make sure the machine is clean as per the SOP, and complete all documents such as line clearance and Identification cards.
- Ensure that the line clearance is in the right way and according to the SOP
- Ensure that the machine run well as SOP
- Report Production Supervisor/ Pharmacist if any stoppages arise on the machine, and follow-up issues with engineering department
- Review the materials received, weights or quantities and lot number as recorded in the PBR and order.
- Provide assistance and full support for new members to achieve the performance required of them well.
- Reduce the rate of loss of productivity.
