Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to enhance our financial department with their expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to our financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning that supports LatexMed’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of financial transactions and full-cycle accounting.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Budget forecasting and risk analysis.
- Management of payroll systems and financial records.
- Implementation of cost-reduction strategies to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred.At least 5 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with modern accounting software and data analysis tools.Strong understanding of GAAP and other regulatory standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
