Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Treats Island in Qesm 1st 6 October. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, import needed material, establish relevant recipes, handle finances, and drive business growth through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making abilities
Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
Financial Management and Budgeting experience
Operations Management and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Good network with grocery and f&b related importers
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
