Job Summary:
To run and follow up repairing machines breakdown & maintenance plan for production area.
Responsibilities:
- Receive maintenance request for machines and distribute to technicians.
- Check breakdowns and follow up repairs for Utilities system.
- Follow up preventive maintenance of each Machine in the department and coordinate with the production operators.
- Issue spare parts PR for corrective and preventative maintenance.
- Train the technicians on the maintenance and operation of equipment.
- Cooperate with the validation department to validate the equipment amendment for machines.
- Communicate with machine agent and service suppliers to consult about utility Equipment’s.
- Cooperate with the validation department to validate the Electrical amendment for utility Equipment.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- From 6 - 9 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Knowledge of cGMP.
- Awareness in Six Sigma
Location: 10th of Ramadan.
