Franchise Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Franchising Consultant to join our team and lead the development of comprehensive franchising models and documents. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating franchise agreements, financial models, and operational frameworks that align with our clients' strategic goals.


The Franchising Consultant will be responsible for developing legally sound and financially viable franchising packages that include the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Franchise Agreements, and other necessary legal and financial documents. The role demands a deep understanding of franchise law, operational scaling, and financial planning.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed franchising models, including financial projections, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.

- Draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), Franchise Agreements, and other legal documents.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify franchise opportunities.

- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Advise clients on franchise strategy, territory rights, and growth plans.

- Create and implement comprehensive training manuals and operational support documents.

- Provide ongoing consultation to clients on franchising expansion and performance optimization.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Franchising Consultant or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and financial modeling.

- Exceptional document drafting and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in legal writing, financial analysis, and franchise management software.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
