Performing any task requested by the GM, such as but not limited to:
- Preparing and updating the weekly and monthly schedule
- Scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Calling suppliers, employees, and clients
- Following up with task implementation and conducting any site visit requested by the GM
- Preparing reports
- Data entry and archiving
