This is a full-time Associate Human Resources Specialist role, The role involves managing and enhancing HR operations, including tracking employee attendance, employee relations, , and Personnel compliance. Your efforts will ensure that our HR practices are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with our company goals.

 

  • Act as front-line for the HR department greeting and managing employees with HR affairs and inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Prepare HR documents, like create and renew employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Arrange and follow up recruitment process and register new employees in company records.
  • Revise company policies and ensure it’s aligned with labor Law
  • Handling social insurance processes and dealing with relevant social insurance office.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
  • Participate in HR projects.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related fieldHuman Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills.3 years of experience as a HR specialist or in a similar HR role.Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefitsExcellent  Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and related governmental regulations is a MUSTExcellent  Knowledge of Social insurance Law and regulations is a MUSTStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in HR software and Microsoft Office is a MUSTRelevant certification or degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business administration2-5 years of experience in HRExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethical mindset, and cultural awarenessCustomer oriented and service provision attitude.Aptitude for problem-solving, conflict resolution and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesFamiliarity with HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessaryDetail oriented and meticulousKnowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and related governmental regulations.
