- Responsible for Biscuits production process on a shift basis.
- Responsible for receiving the packaging & raw materials to ensure the required quantities for production are available.
- Responsible for executing the production plan on a monthly, weekly, & daily basis.
- Coordinating with the Maintenance department on the machines' breakdowns & ensuring the maintenance routine of the production equipment is completed.
- Responsible for reporting on the Biscuit productivity volumes, waste reduction rates, & solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Manage the production staff on a shift
Bachelor’s of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).V. Good in English, Computer skills and ERP experience.Team Player: ability to support and lead to achieve common goals.2 to 5 years relevant work experience in Food Production CompaniesEffective communications, details orientation and analytical skillsAbility to manage complexity and multiple priorities.
