- Monitor and analyze daily troubleshooting reports submitted by concerned parties.
- Initiate and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans.
- Evaluate new technologies and alternatives for equipment repair and replacement.
- Manage equipment repairs, upgrades, and complex installations utilizing in-house resources or contractor services.
- Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
- Prepare and maintain a historical record for all maintenance activities.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and project progress.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cement Sector.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
