Export sales Manager

we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export sales Manager in the field of frozen fruits and vegetables export business to join our team and help us strengthen relationships, build new connections, and grow our business across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, offering them tailored solutions from our range of frozen fruits and vegetables. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This includes negotiating prices, payment terms, and contracts with clients in various markets.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new regions, focusing on expanding our presence in key markets such as Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Cross-Selling & Product Diversification: Promote our full range of products, including IQF fruits and vegetables, frozen smoothies, and mixed vegetable blends. Cross-sell to existing clients and introduce new product lines.
  • Lead Generation & Digital Presence: Actively generate leads through networking, industry events, and digital platforms. Maintain a professional digital presence and promote Elite Produce's values on social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Claim Management & Customer Satisfaction: Handle any client claims or issues with care and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and continuous client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with other departments (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of products. Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
