Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the industrial unit.
• Ensure operation schedules are met and optimize workflow.
• Implement and monitor control measures to improve efficiency and to optimize resources management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with senior management to align unit goals with overall company strategy.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors and other staff.  Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive decision-making.
• Address operational issues promptly and effectively.

Skills

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in a related occupation within industrial operations.
• Oil & Gas industry background is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, or a related field).
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
